Shipping Methods
🏪 Pickup Location - FREE
Pick up your order directly at our Montreal location: La Réserve Naturelle at 5854 Rue Saint-Hubert, Montréal, QC H2S 2L7. No minimum purchase required.
🛵 Local Delivery - $5
We offer local delivery within a 1 km radius of our studio. Delivery fees are automatically calculated based on your address at checkout.
📦 Canada Post Shipping
We ship anywhere in Canada via Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Greater Montreal area : 1-2 business days
- Rest of Quebec and Canada : varies by destination
Free shipping on all orders of $100 and over before taxes.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping Liability
Par Popy cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by Canada Post once the package has been handed over to the carrier. We invite you to contact Canada Post directly for any delivery-related dispute.
Delivery Error
Par Popy is not responsible for delivery errors. It is the customer's responsibility to verify their delivery information before finalizing their order.
